Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. AXIS will ship Australia-wide, with tracked shipping on every order.

Will you ship internationally?

Our initial focus is Australia. International shipping may become available as we grow.

Are your products genuine?

Absolutely.

Authenticity is one of the core principles behind AXIS. We work directly with manufacturers and authorised distribution partners wherever possible to ensure every product is genuine.

Why doesn't AXIS stock every brand?

Our goal isn't to have the biggest catalogue.

We carefully curate products based on engineering, craftsmanship, quality and everyday usability. Every product in the AXIS collection earns its place.

What types of products will you stock?

Our collection will focus on premium precision motion tools and everyday carry items, including sliders, coins, rings, worry stones and other thoughtfully engineered products.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times will depend on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout once the store launches.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Every order will include tracking details once it has been dispatched.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies between manufacturers. Any applicable warranty information will be listed on the product page.

Can I return my order?

Returns will be accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Returns Policy. Full details will be available before launch.
